->’Queering Fitness As A revolutionary Tool’
Buff Butch is an anti-oppression trama informed fitness/workout regimen founded by Black Trans boxing champion Pat Manuel. The workout was made to serve and center the needs of Queer Trans Intersex Gender Non Conforming People of Color. The workshop will include a breakdown of why we must center those most marginalized within our communities – whether Black, Femme, Disabled or all of the above.

Alma Con Arte will demistify the art of zine making

->’Coloring Her History’
The Undercommons will facilitate a workshop about the lives of Black Women who who made thier mark on European culture and politics in the 18th/19th centuries and how (despite erasure) thier legacies have endured in the creative imagination of our present. The workshop will conclude with a re-imagining of the musical ‘The Phantom of the Opera’ in which the main role of Christine Daae is played by a Black Woman.

Food in the Cielo kitchen, live music by Adah & Sunny War, outbursts of poetry and strories, and hands on activities for everyone!
